- 1 Tablespoon JOI Milk Concentrate (almond, cashew, hemp, coconut, oat, oat creamer)
- 1-inch piece ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- tiny pinch of sea salt + ground black pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1/3 cup water
How to Make it:
For the Raspberry Layer:
- To make the raspberry layer, just blend the raspberries until smooth. Pour the mixture into a cup and set it aside.
For the Smoothie:
- To make the smoothie, in the blender, combine the orange, carrot, frozen peach, JOI Milk Concentrate, ginger, turmeric, vanilla, salt, pepper, lime juice, and water
- Layer the drink: Pour one-third of the smoothie into a glass. Then, pour one-third of the raspberry mixture on top. Repeat this process with the remaining smoothie and raspberry mixture.
