JOI's Story

At JOI, we stand for Just One Ingredient (literally). We create concentrates made from whole, natural ingredients that, when blended with water, create the cleanest and most nutritious plant-based milks on the market. Our products are the first of its kind, creating a whole new category in the food industry: a fully customizable, versatile, clean, instant plant milk concentrate.

We launched our first ever consumer product on Earth Day, April 22nd, 2019 with our flagship Almond Milk Concentrate. Since then, we have released a wide range of additional SKUs, including a NEW coffee creamer product, and have extended our Wholesale line to coffee and smoothie shops, restaurants, hotels and food manufacturers nationwide. 

At our core, we believe that people should have total control over what they consume. Whether you’re committed to a plant-based diet and looking for high-quality nutrients; managing severe allergies with from-scratch cooking for the whole family; or simply committed to eating food that’s good for you and our environment; at JOI we are reimagining what we consume for total food freedom.
